DCOM OMS III-IV Research Elective Rotation Application
- Students planning to conduct any scholarly activity (e.g., laboratory research, clinical research, case studies, surveys, etc.) must meet with a mentor to discuss potential research projects before completing this form.
- Students are expected to work 40 hours per week on research during their research elective.
- It is the student's responsibility to complete the research elective form.
- Each student working on a study must complete their own individual form.
- Forms not submitted 60 days before the research elective rotation will not be approved and need to be rescheduled.
Students must meet the following criteria to be eligible for research participation:
- Have completed at least one academic semester
- Not on Academic or Professional Probation
- Currently enrolled at DCOM (not on leave of absence)
