DO Research Showcase 2026 Abstract Submission

The 2026 DCOM DO Research Showcase annual event celebrates student scholarship and provides an opportunity for students to present their research to the DCOM community.

Showcase Schedule

• September 29, 2026, 12-1 pm – Oral Presentations 
• October 5, 2026, 12-2 pm (Harrogate and Knoxville)  – Poster Sessions (in-person only)
• October 5, 2026, Orange Park, 6-8 pm – Poster Sessions (in-person only)

All abstracts will be considered for a poster presentation on October 5, 2026. Selected abstracts will also be invited to give an oral presentation on September 29, 2026.

OMS III and OMS IV students also have the option to present virtually (oral presentations only).

Submission Deadline: August 31, 2026

Notification of Acceptance: September 4, 2026

Research Categories

Research submissions are welcome in a variety of disciplines, including:

• Basic Science
• Clinical Medicine
• Clinical Vignette
• Medical Education
• Quality Improvement
• And other scholarly research topics

We encourage all students to participate and showcase their scholarly work.
